Garrett Jenkinson, working with Amina Chebira and Prof. Kovacevic, won the first place in the Lockheed Martin ECE Competition and the second place at the CIT Meeting of the Minds at CMU for his work on classifying histological stem cell teratomas.
   
Ryan Kellogg, working with Amina Chebira, Profs. Minden, Zappe and Kovacevic, won the best poster award at 2007 GMBES Symposium at CMU for his work "Image Processing Toolbox for RNA Screens".

Heather Kirschner, working with Amina Chebira and Prof. Kovacevic, won the Marshall Award in ECE awarded to an ECE senior in recognition of outstanding scholastic and research achievement.
